Administrator/Reception – Person Friday. Could this be you?
Do you have experience working within an office environment with a mutlitude of duties to cover?
Reception responsibility? Typing accuracy and general all round support? £16,000 to £18,000 depending on experience
You wil cover everythign from general correspondance to travel and accomodation, managing diaries and helping to organise the Xma party.
Essential that you have good admin/typing skills and and outgoing and confident tlepehone manner.
Confidentiality and the ability to work to deadlines and pressure. Scheduling, co-ordinator, sales administration and excellent PC skills – MS Office.
