2nd Line Support Technician/London/£34,800

Our client who are a hardware and software distributer are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team in London.

The successful 2nd Line Support Technician will need to possess solid experience within a similar role and possess the gollowing skills:

  • Experience in a PC (hard/software) support role, minimum 3 years
  • Hardware/software diagnostics and fault finding skills
  • Windows XP. Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008
  • AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP etc
  • Networking (domain management, backups, remote access etc)
  • OS ghosting/imaging and software deployments
  • VMWare vSphere, ESX/ESXi
  • Microsoft certification/training
