Administrator – North Leeds, c£17k plus bonus
My client is seeking an administrator to working in their busy office based in North Leeds, you will be responsible for providing overall support and assistance in undertaking a variety of administrative duties.
The office is extremely busy therefore you must be able to work in a fast pace environment, be organised and have a high level of attention to detail.
Typical duties will include:
- Supporting the Manager and other colleagues within the office by undertaking designated duties
- Preparing and amending various documents
- Updating inhouse marketing materials i.e. online and in the office
- Diary management and organising of appointments
- Arrange appointment for clients
- Liaise with various parties both over the phone and face to face
- Providing a high level of service to clients and other 3rd parties
- Typing of correspondence using digital dictation
- Prepare invoices and monthly figures
- Maintain client mailing lists
- Ordering of stationery
To be considered for this role you must have previous administration experience gained within an office environment, have experience of working within a busy and fast pace environment and have excellent typing skills, ideally using digital dictation however this is not essential.
