Administrator, North Norwich

Temp to permanent after 12 weeks

£26,000 per year

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch)

Free parking on site

My client requires an Administrator to work closely with the sales department assisting in various tasks involved in the day to day running of the team.

Duties Include:

  • General administration

  • Excel data inputting

  • Answering incoming telephone calls

  • Providing office support

  • Photographing individual products

Essential Competencies:

  • IT literate and proficient with Word & Excel
  • Experience of working in a photographic equipment or in a photographic resale environment would be an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to work under pressure using own initiative

  • Disciplined and organised working practices

  • Creative in approach with the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • The ability to prioritise workload and switch between tasks without the need for close supervision
