Summary

My client is a large Investment Management firm based in Central London. Having recently grown on a global scale they are now looking to grow their London Finance team.

Client Details

This global business has offices in the UK and US and has recently grown, which has now created the need for an experience Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

Description

Reporting in to the Finance Manager in London, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Inputting and coding of invoices
  • Petty Cash management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Month end support
  • Bi-Weekly BACS runs and processing of CHAPS

Profile

To successfully secure this role, you must have previously worked in the Financial or Professional Services sectors and be immediately available. You must also have exceptional communications skills and be confident in dealing across all levels of the organisation.
