My client, a local firm of Chartered Surveyors, are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance team on a permanent basis.
Duties;
- To support the day to day accounting team inculding administration of bank accounts
- Ensure prompt handling of all monies received; payments, invoices and expense related payments
- Accurately inputting and verification of data into the accounts systems
- Petty Cash and daily transactions and assisting with year-end and taxation procedures
- Using Sage Accounts software
- Generating month-end reports
- Ad-hoc duties to the Client Finance team
- General office duties
- Comply with business procedures and relevant RICS compliance
