Our client, a household name who’s brand is engrained through the gambling and betting industry are currently recruiting for a “best in class” Account Verification Team Leader to ensure that customer base is suitably verified as per regulatory requirements, with the aim to ensure the safety of company and its products from both financial and legal risks.

This is an exciting and challenging position where the successful Account Verification Team Leader will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing team to ensure that excellent service is delivered to the Business
• Performance & development management (performance reviews, coaching and mentoring)
• Reviewing & implementing new procedures and techniques regarding the Risk Operation when needed
• Maintaining a balanced and documented system for the operation management of account verification such that the verifications policies and procedures are clear to the business
• Formulate solutions to counter new threats and manage the continuous improvement for online fraud protection and verification.
• Conduct investigations as requested
• Developing ad hoc reports as required
• Developing, delivering and overseeing of training program for new starters

If this Account Verification Team Leader opportunity within the fast paced world of online gaming is of interest to you then you will need the following skills and experience:

• Proven management experience in Fraud / Risk, ideally within the online gaming sector
• Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns amongst traffic
• Knowledge and experience of AML regulations is preferred
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office Tools and MS Excel in particular
