2nd Line Technical Support Engineer (Windows 7, AD, Exchange, Networks)

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer (Windows 7, AD, Exchange, Networks) with the below capabilities:

* Strong experience of Windows 7 and Exchange administration
* Demonstrable knowledge of AD & of managing mobile devices
* A good networking background, experience of network support / design + SQL beneficial
* A highly motivated individual with impeccable communication skills

The 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer will provide user support, whilst maintaining operating systems and networks in geographically disperse environment. Working within a small team, the role will involve working closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure to administer systems and to provide set up and support for new users.

We are looking to interview next week with a view to the successful candidate starting in the New Year. Great potential to extend once established in the position!
