Live in Housekeeper job in Kingston-Upon-Thames, KT2, Start ASAP.

A family in Kingston-Upon-Thames are looking for a warm, energetic, child friendly Housekeeper to help them out. You must be able to drive. The family already employ a full time Housekeeper who works Monday – Friday but is flexible if she is needed at weekends. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to work a full day on Saturday. Your duties will be the shared cleaning, laundry and ironing, assisting with running the home and helping with preparation for meals. The mother tends to cook so you will just need to help prepare and assist and clear the kitchen after dinner. You will be required to help with the children after school as and when needed. The children always have lots of friends over, very sociable house. The 4 children are all between the ages of 4 and 12. You may also be required to baby sit up to 2 times a week. The husband likes to travel and is away a lot and this is a very busy home. This is an informal household. You must be pro-active and hard-working.
The house is close to Norbiton and Kingston – 15 min walk to Norbiton station.
The family are always away during the school holidays.

House: Large

Hours: 5 days to include Saturday or 5.5 days, 10-11 hour days

Salary: £480 net per week, £31,200 gross per annum

Accommodation: You will be provided with a brand new self contained one bedroom flat above the garage. It has a bathroom, kitchen, 1 bed and living room.

**If you have a partner who can work as a part time handyman / driver, this could also be an option. You can both live in together. The joint salary would be £900 net per week. At least one of you must be able to drive. The housekeeper role would stay fulltime (same days and hours as above) and the handyman / driver as part time.**
