Account Manager-Uncapped Ote!

My client; a forward thinking, dynamic, professional company in Northampton are looking for an energetic enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Account Manager.

As the Account Manager your destiny will be in your own hands. You will need to build your own client base , the more effort you put in the more money you will make!

As the account manager your clients are the key. You will need to develop and build excellent relationships which will involve you going out to visit your clients and meet with them face to face.

Training: You will be given industry training but we need the specific individual to have a level of self-motivation to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly.

The Candidate: We are looking for a hungry, determined professional candidate. You will need to be driven to succeed, looking to make a succesful career and be confident.

You will need to have your own car as this position will require you to visit your clients on a regular basis.

Salary: You will be offered a great basic salary between £19-22k dependent on experience plus an uncapped bonus!

Year 1 OTE – £42K

Year 2 OTE – £54K

Year 3 OTE – £60K
