Account Manager

We have a very rewarding role for an agency Account Manager, or Senior Account Executive, looking to take their experience to the next level and join an award-winning, leading, UK Retail Design agency in Northampton. This position will enable you to work across some of the key client accounts, so a real opportunity to play an important role within the agency.

This is an established, successful agency with a grown up, innovative and dynamic culture. They have a genuine interest in investing in great people and working collaboratively to create and produce excellent work to their impressive client base.

The Role

In your role as Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients, and a variety of retail, sales promotion and point of purchase projects. You will be exposed to some of the world’s biggest brands, responding to briefs, planning projects, coordinating campaigns, proofing artwork, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to budget. There is plenty of variety to keep your working life interesting, and you will also be empowered to work with your client to develop the relationship and ensure trust and credibility is achieved!

About You

You could be an experienced Account Manager, or Senior Account Executive, but you’re now ready to earn your Account Manager stripes delivering projects across the full sales and marketing mix within retail marketing agency. This is an opportunity to give your career a further kick on more high profile and interesting projects and continue to learn from a knowledgeable, and talented team.

You will be given plenty of opportunity to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative; being encouraged to work independently, but also be an enthusiastic and supportive team player. Your top notch communication and listening skills will play out on a daily basis, engaging both clients and internal creative teams in creating, and delivering exceptional creative. Confidence is key, and you must have exceptional attention to detail and a clearly evident ‘can do’ attitude, and passion for delivery.
