This business is a growing, global software solutions provider that enable complex organisations to meet their ever-changing EHS, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability requirements.

With an impressive client list including multi-national fortune 500 firms in Energy, Utilities, Food Manufacturing and Construction they now have an opportunity for an aspirational Account Development specialist to join the team.

Your role will be to engage and up-sell within existing key accounts focusing on additional software modules, managed and professional services. The role will involve UK wide travel and you will receive professional mentorship and development from the Senior Management team.

The position would suit a Graduate with up to 5 years experience selling Enterprise Software into a complex customer base. The company are looking for the following skills / experiences:

– Must have 3-5 years of Software sales experience

– Account Development skills: evidence of up-sell/cross sell success in a previous role

– Ideally Degree educated

– Experienced in field sales, used to travelling across the UK to visit and present to customers

– Comfortable in selling a complex proposition to multiple stakeholders at both an operational and Executive level

– Evidence of holding and exceeding a sales target
