A large insurance client of ours is currently looking to hire a Administrative Assistant (Legal and Compliance), to join their team in London initially on a 6 month contract.
Required experience:
* 5+ years Admin experience. Proven administrative support experience working in a legal and/or compliance function within regulated, financial services environment is a must.
* Previous experience liaising with senior members of the business; including having reported into Directors.
* Excellent attention to detail / this must be reflected in your CV.
* Bachelors Degree (2:1 or better)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, organisational skills, IT skills (good knowledge of MS Office applications), ability to prioritise a varied shifting workload, maturity, judgement, autonomy, flexibility and poise are requirements for this position.
* Previous experience organise quarterly board meetings.
* Experience of filing, both hard and soft copy.
