Assistant Manager

£20-20k basic plus generous bonus scheme

This company is a successful ladies fashion retailer with a proud heritage and exciting expansion plans. They are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager for their NEW STORE due to open soon in Cardiff. As the Assistant Manager you will lead by example and motivate the team to exceed company targets and KPI`S. Expect to lead your team by example demonstrating product knowledge and commerciality, whilst ensuring that they are offering exceptional customer service and remaining productive at all times. Ideally you will be an existing Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor looking for a new challenge. It is a great time to join due to the ambitious expansion plans for 2013/2014!!!

The ideal candidate will:

-Be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success.

-Be able to maintain a high standards of customer service at all times.

-Have a clear understanding of working towards KPI`S.

-Strong commercial awareness and visual merchandising skills.

-Be motivated and have strong communication skills.

-Bring fresh ideas to drive business.

-Have a passion for fashion retail and bring high levels of energy and commitment to the company

– Possess a natural, friendly sales style together with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude

-Have recent relevant management experience within fashion retail ideally with a high street brand
