Duties include:

  • Carrying out administration for the office
  • Assisting with various departments including HR
  • Helping to cover for reception during lunch and annual leave
  • Liaison with clients
  • Booking couriers, organising meeting room, general secretarial duties

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Solid admin background
  • Any insight into HR an advantage but not essential
  • PC literate to include MS Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint
  • Ideally available for an immediate start
