Duties include:
- Carrying out administration for the office
- Assisting with various departments including HR
- Helping to cover for reception during lunch and annual leave
- Liaison with clients
- Booking couriers, organising meeting room, general secretarial duties
Skills/Qualifications:
- Solid admin background
- Any insight into HR an advantage but not essential
- PC literate to include MS Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint
- Ideally available for an immediate start
