My client who is a niche managed services and outsourcing company based near Rochester are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to join their organically growing team.
The right candidate would provide first and second line product solution support, resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service. You will log support calls on a database, maintain internal records and systems and undertake any general administration as required.
You would be happy to deal with customers over the phone or on occasion be happy to go out onto client site and fix a problem for end users.
Ideally the right candidate would have the following skills:-
Ability to break and fix a PC to full resolution
Networking knowledge – Lan/Wan
Any virtulisation knowledge would be a bonus
Remote user support experience – Terminal Server, Citrix or VPN
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Server 2008/2010
Exchange
Printer Maintenance
Windows XP, Vista, 7&8
Must be a good communicator and have a good standard of English
