Bravo Management (Wembley) Ltd, an asset management company specialised in property is looking for a Bookkeeper on permanent, full time basis to join their expanding team.

The company’s office is based in Wembley, Middlesex where a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail driven bookkeeper, with a can do attitude and an interest in accounts, open to growth within the role.

Tier 2 work sponsorship available to the right candidate.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Bookkeeping

  • Producing monthly management accounts

  • VAT returns and VAT queries

  • Payroll and wages

  • Assist the Financial Controller with weekly and monthly reporting

  • Daily banking, reporting transactions

  • First contact person within accounts – answering phone and emails

  • Ability to analyse data and generate reports

  • Ability to deal with queries from all departments, communicate to suppliers and tenants

  • Manage petty cash and staff expenses

  • Chasing debtors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ Years experience in bookkeeping

  • Working knowledge of SAGE LINE 50 and running reports

  • MS Office Excel to a high level (Word, Power Point to an intermediate level)

  • Billing experience

  • Exposure to working within property management would be an advantage but not essential.

Personal Skills:

  • Reliable and hard working individual

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Very good accounting knowledge

  • Ability to work in a team as well as on its own

  • Strong Administrative Skills

  • Work to tight deadlines
