Focusing on the technical/industrial market, you will be covering a successful area, and making sure that you are winning new business and maintaining key relationships with customers
The ideal Area Sales Manager will:
– Have a proven track record in sales, and be able to demonstrate successes and achievements
– Have knowledge of selling couplings & fittings/valves & pumps/HVAC/air conditioning units or similar products
– Strong relationship building skills, able to influence at senior levels both externally and internally whilst maintaining a professional approach
– Knowledge of building service systems would be advantageous
– Demonstrate strong people management capability
– Excellent negotiating skills with strong business sense
– Be able to develop relationships with contractors and distributors
– Proactively respond to new strategies and requirements within the team
– Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills with the ability to make effective decisions

My client is a market leader in the technical/industrial market with a turnover of £4 billion. This role focuses on the South
£42,000-£52,800 basic salary (depending on experience) + bonus + car + benefits
