111 Health Advisor

111 Health Advisor in London – Up To £28k

Hays Healthcare are working alongside a 111 provider in London to provide them with Health Advisor’s to work on the NHS 111 service.

As an NHS 111 Health Advisor, you will take a variety of incoming calls from the general public, providing them with an appropriate response to urgent healthcare needs within a timeframe. Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if it is required. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, be an excellent communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and be confident in your decision making abilities.

The 111 sites are located in North Kensington. We are looking for candidates to work either full-time or part-time hours (minimum 20 hours per week).The shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

For this role you must have current or previous customer service experience either face to face or telephone based, be a good communicator and be comfortable using a computer. If successful at interview you will be given a 4 week training programme.
