Description

As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be:

• Assisting with and processing purchase invoices
• Data input – overhead purchase invoices to Sage
• Data input – stock purchase invoices from Vision to Sage
• Process expenses
• Filing
• Other ad-hoc support

Profile

The Accounts Payable Assistant will have the following profile:

• Be organised and show attention to detail
• Have worked in Accounts Payable before
• Happy to work in a team environment
