Kyc Project Manager

KYC Project Manager 6 months / west end

• This opportunity has arisen to review and drive the current KYC team to complete a current remediation project within this International Financial Institution.

• The key function will be to review the processes and strategy in place to ensure all current and new clients are remediated to the required standards.

• Ensure the team are working effectively, monitoring output and team members are working to their best ability in relation to assigned KYC cases

• Managing and assisting the team with high quality control on High, Medium and Low risk Corporate and Private Clients

• Provide management sign off on PEP assessments and Negative News acceptance/ mitigation

• Produce weekly reports documenting the project scope, project accomplishments, the key next steps, deliverables, KPI’s and any project risks/dependencies.

• Conduct team one to ones and group updates weekly to ensure staff are motivated and reaching desired targets

Establish strong relationships with clients when necessary, relationship managers and senior members in head office.
