Account Manager

Our client is looking for passionate Account Manager’s to proactively manage a portfolio of key accounts. Delivering an outstanding customer experience is one of this client’ most important priorities. You will be the first point of contact for customers within a team of professional advisors providing a high level of customer service, and exploring opportunities to create sales and promoting offers.

This client has a fast-paced contact centre, with a real focus on customer care and engagement. They provide excellent career opportunities and a welcoming and friendly environment.

Your main duties will be:

• To deliver outstanding customer service whilst building rapport with your key accounts to ensure you hit targets
• Receiving inbound calls, managing your desk and two hours of warm outbound sales calls a day
• You will be handling all aspects of your clients’ requests, and the necessary administration duties

This role is ideally suited to someone who has a passion for excellent customer service and has the ability to identify the customer’s needs. Full training, ongoing development and support will be provided.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:15pm or 8.45am – 5.30pm

Salary: £26,000 per year + bonus
