Exciting opportunity to join a successful company based in Castle Eden, County Durham.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Following through orders from concept to delivery
- Customer meetings, arrange samples, request prices and ex-factory dates
- Process Orders to suppliers
- Issue requirements for labels/carton details/packing details
- Update customer/supplier schedule for shipping, samples, bookings
- Chase labels and confirmation samples
- Communicate & update between customer and suppliers
- Arrange vessel bookings from factory production ready information
- Book deliveries to customers
- General adhoc queries
- Answer telephones
The Candidate
Must be computer literate, excellent telephone manor and face to face customer service skills are essential.
The suitable candidate must to be available to start immediately.
Pay– Apprenticeship wage of £26,000 per year
Hours- Monday-Friday 9.00am til 5.00pm
