Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 (Neg.)

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a well established digital agency with a global customer base to work on one of the most prestigious accounts in the world. You will have a keen interest in online channel marketing, previous experience of an agency environment and be well versed in taking client briefs and working closely with other teams to deliver requirements accurately and on time. The successful candidate will also have some understanding or interest in the more technical and operational aspects on the role in order to support the Project Manager on project delivery
Responsibilities
- Manage the email campaigns and sign off process
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation
- Construct reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client
- To understand creative and technical components of online marketing
- Use email service platform (ESP)
- Undertake monthly financial reporting
- You will gain an excellent understanding of response driven email marketing and viral marketing for number of client campaigns
- Support the growth of an Account Executive
- Work closely with the Account Director to review performance of ecrm campaigns, build an understanding of customer profiles and have focus on the client’s business needs in order to guide the client strategically and grow the account
To be successful, suitable applicants should possess first class communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with both internal / external clients, be able to work under pressure and have a positive work ethic.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level.
- Highly numerate and organised with very good attention to detail.
- Experience of fast paced, high energy agency environment and interest in the more operational aspects
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client servicing, handling and reporting.
- Able to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
- An ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Structured and clear thinker: able to manage multiple projects and pro-actively understand the impact to client, creative and technical departments.
It should be noted that there is likely to be a need to visit client premises overseas bi-monthly / quarterly.
