Age UK Hertfordshire Home Helper (casual)
Job Description
Age UK Hertfordshire
If you are seeking a rewarding role working with older people and want to help them remain independent in their homes by providing support with domestic tasks – such as cleaning, shopping or household admin – then Age UK Hertfordshire’s Home Helper role is what you have been waiting for!
Age UK Hertfordshire are looking to recruit Casual Home Helpers in Bishops Stortford and Sawbridgeworth (and across Hertfordshire).
Age UK Hertfordshire offers competitive rates of pay, including holiday pay. Our Help in the Home Coordinators are there to support you in your role when you need it most. As well as equipping our Home Helpers with full training through our tailor made training and induction programme, our Home Helpers can go on to later benefit from access to further development opportunities within the Help in the Home service and Age UK Hertfordshire. We provide all newly recruited Home Helpers with a uniform tabard, gloves to get you started and a photo ID badge.
We offer flexible working times between nine and five weekdays and our Help in the Home Coordinators work hard to find our Home Helpers suitable client matches – ensuring you and our clients are happy.
It doesn’t matter if you are based in urban or rural parts of the county – we seek to find you, where possible, work in your local area!
