Job Details:
- Contribute to maintaining and updating electronic Project Tracker, CAFM and 4 Projects document control systems with relevant Client, Contractor and MoJ Project team communications
- Support the monitoring of Budget Costs acceptance and instruct Contractors to progress works against Clients Quotation & Work Requests
- Review Contractors NSR cost sheets for accuracy of description and unit rate costing highlighting anomalies to MoJ Project Construction Managers for resolution
- Liaise with construction teams and works contractors for status reporting on planned work activities
- Support the preparation and distribution of all necessary reports and documentation in a timely and professional manner to relevant stakeholders to enable monitoring, control and communication
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly updates of contractor billing for Head of MoJ Projects Sign-off
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly Billing

Qualifications required:
Project Management L4: plus an A level or a Level 3 in a similar subject or holds an existing project management award i.e. Prince 2
Training to be provided:
England – Project management higher apprenticeship – Level 4 – | EAL Level 4 Diploma in Project Management.
Apprenticeship duration:
18-24 months
Working week:
37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)
