An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Linear Recruitment as an Administrator for the expanding office in Newcastle.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail to provide administrative support at office level. Previous basic administration experience is preferable but not essential as training to meet the requirements of the role will be provided.

The successful applicant will apply these skills to take responsibility for; answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries, processing payroll, database maintenance, quality checks and internal audits, general admin, processing information accurately and making client and candidate contact.

You may also be required to assist the recruitment consultants in sourcing candidates to fill client vacancies, including placing adverts, formatting CVs, registration packs

The position is as part of a busy team and is reportable to the Regional Director. The ability to multi task, to work under pressure and to varying deadlines is essential. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm.
