One of our clients, who works within the IT / Mobile industry is looking for 2 IT support specialists with Arabic. You will be responsible for liaising with customers and solving their queries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and email based pre and post-sales technical support for their software products.
- Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
- Some travel, local and international may be required in a supporting role for events.
- Some travel, local and international may be required in supporting customers in a technical capacity for post and pre sale opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong team player
- Strong problem solving abilities, (You will be tested for your problem solving abilities)
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles
- Demonstrated success in related technical support area
- Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases
- Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions
- Any experience with Microsoft SQL would be a plus
