Early Years Lead Practitioner – Independent Pre-Prep School Location: HampsteadContract: Maternity Cover (1 year)Timetable: Full Time (term time only)Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Our client, a highly sought after pre-prep school in Hampstead, is looking for a suitably qualified Early Years Lead Practitioner to join their school. Our client is an established school with an excellent reputation across London as a leading pre-preparatory and preparatory school. The school is part of one the most successful private schools groups in the UK, providing outstanding pastoral and academic outcomes to pupils and outstanding opportunities for professional development to staff at all levels. The successful Early Years Lead Practitioner will be working in a structured environment with a strong focus on academics and feeding selective schools in North London. Their responsibility is to support the ethos of the school, maintain discipline and uphold high standards of conduct and appearance. This post will require a full time commitment and would be during term time only, the salary would be based on experience and between £30,000 – £40,000. The incoming Early Years Lead Practitioner will report to the Headmistress and will have excellent communication skills, being able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, parents, staff and members of the school community.
