Responsibilities
As Technical Support Analyst you will help support the business through an exciting period of technological transformation, ensuring that customer experience is at the forefront of the team’s decision making and interactions.
You will:
- Provide technical support to internal colleagues on a wide range of technologies
- Deploy, support, and maintain end-user computing applications and services
- Deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Build and deploy servers, workstations, mobile, and network devices
- Administer software updates and system backups
- Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners
About You
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst who has previous experience or knowledge on how to perform the following tasks:
- Amend group policy to map a drive
- Amending or adding registry keys
- Can manually set up and deploy a network printer
- Can image a machine using SCCM
- Have a working knowledge of networking principals such as DNS / DHCP / RADIUS, to diagnose and resolve device based issues
- Experience working with Machine build (Veeam / SCCM)
