Salary: £27,500 – £30,000

Position Overview:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and address challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desirable.
