Site Agent – Freelance outside IR35 – Civils Site Manager – 18 months Leamington Spa
Clean water river swimming scheme – surface water separation work will take place across the north-east of Leamington and will reduce the impact on the wastewater network, benefiting the river Leam across the town. Work is also about to get under way on the construction of storm water storage tanks below ground in Station Approach, south Leamington, increasing the capacity of the waste network – meaning more rainwater will be captured and stored, reducing the use of overflows.
New Outlet to Foul Drainage including drainage, attenuation tank – New drainage systems and connections to existing sewage / drainage pipes

LTD Company outside IR35 or Soletrader CIS is fine
We need someone preferably with an engineering background to oversee – works will include weir upgrades RC Tanks – Flow Monitoring so STW experience is suitable:
Preferred engineering background HNC / HND Civil Engineering.
• SMSTS: 5 days (Must)
• First Aid : Full 3 Day Course (Must)
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality control requirements are met
• Promote a health & safety awareness on site
• Ensure engineering drawings/specifications are accurate and resolve any conflicts
• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments completed for all aspects of works
• Manage commercial issues for elements of the works
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
