Accounts Payable Assistant – Part Time
Job Description
Robert Half is currently working with a prestigious Asset Management company who need a part time Accounts Payable Assistant – they have recently implemented a new system which means the work load has shorted hence the part time position. This contract will run for an initial 6 months which potential to go permanent.
They are based in Central London and operate on a hybrid working model.
The Role
This Accounts Payable Assistant role reports directly to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities As An Accounts Payable Assistant
- Checking all invoices for authorisation
- Process expense claims – assisting colleagues with their claims
- Monitor the receipt of management fees
- Process BACS and various other payments
- Monitor AP and AR inbox
- Administrative duties
Your Profile
- Prior experience in an AP role
- Experience within Financial Services would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
