Job Description
Our client is a London-based Chartered Accountants firm in the heart of London’s West End, are looking for a full-time receptionist.
Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. Your duties will include greeting clients, answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate associates, and providing general administrative support.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm
Salary £30,000 per annum.
Duties;
·Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
·Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate associates
·Schedule appointments
·Perform general clerical duties including scanning and filing and delivery of post every day.
·Have a competent level of IT Skills to include use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
·Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable.
·Ensure confidentiality and data protection regulations regarding all sensitive and personal information are always maintained (both in and out of working hours)
