Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Hackney.
Duties will include:
- Taking orders over the phone and via email and processing
- Speaking with high end clients and customers
- Advising quotes and answering queries
- Entering onto in house system
- Assisting with packaging delicate products when required
- Printing labels for the production team
- Assisting senior members within the office
You will require:
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Good administration skills – must have previous experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player
- Basic IT skills
- Organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable approach
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am – 5pm
8am – 5pm
