Breeze Motor Group currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Retention Lead to join our team in Poole. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and inreturn, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About the Recruitment and Retention Lead role:

Breeze Motor Group are looking for a Recruitment and Retention Lead to play a pivotal role within the HR team. Not only will you be the face of Breeze when it comes to recruitment, but you will also have the passion and personality to promote our brand values and culture to build positive working relationships.

You’ll be based at our head office in Poole however, as this is a group role travel to our other sites will be required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities as ourRecruitment and Retention Lead will include:

  • Working closely with our hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Creating engaging job descriptions and adverts to post on job boards, internal platforms and social media
  • Thinking outside the box to create innovative recruitment campaigns, working closely with our marketing team
  • Booking and attending job fairs and career events, including organising open days at our dealerships
  • Using tools and techniques on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels to identify potential candidates
  • Staying up to date with current recruiting methods and legislation
  • CV screening, conducting telephone interviews and first face interviews; both in-person and via virtual platforms
  • Maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Creating and managing internal recruitment policies and procedures in line with current legislation
  • Planning and organising staff engagement events, initiatives and rewards
  • Managing and creating content for the Company Intranet site
  • Coordinating and leading Company induction for new recruits and employee focus groups
  • Assisting with other HR related matters and projects

What we’re looking for in our Recruitment and Retention Lead:

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
  • Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Background in marketing is desirable, as creativity is essential!
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Confident and friendly personality
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes and legislation
