Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Head of Department: Creative Arts to join the BCA team on a full-time basis.
Head of Department: Creative Arts
The Head of Department’s aim is to enhance student retention and achievement by leading the way with innovative curriculum development and design.
It is their responsibility to engage students with the curriculum driving attainment and achievement across all the Creative Arts disciplines.
Leading a team of both Teaching and Support Staff, they will promote best teaching practices and foster staff development. Ensuing that BCA retains its status as a desirable employer that attracts strong talent.
To be successful as a candidate for this role, you must have a recognised teaching qualification and a degree within a relevant subject. You must also be able to demonstrate your strong background in leadership/management practices.

This role will include up to 10 hours of teaching per week in addition to the management responsibilities.
