About the Job

As our Senior Marketing and Content Manager you will support the Head of Creative and Content across all marketing and content strategy function. You will lead, manage, and create marketing collateral content for sales led activity across various purposes, including brochures, presentations, web content, videos, branding, promotional goods, and events, plus act as a mentor for existing Content Managers in the team.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

  • Lead produce, and manage a variety of online/offline and digital marketing media, including social networks – LinkedIn/Twitter, landing pages, websites, videos, marketing campaigns,, thought leadership, blogs, podcasts, and webinars
  • Collaborate with the creative team, propositions, marketing, and other departments to assess project needs and help with messaging
  • Work in partnership with an in-house designers to create and manage storyboards into end visual concepts and design
  • Drive brand marketing consistency across all company messaging
  • Simplify detailed, complex briefs and translate them into customer-first language
  • Use post-campaign analysis to continuously improve the way we write
  • Structure and tell stories in a concise, coherent, and engaging way
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Lead and manage all marketing meetings with the goal to ensure all content is driving high quality organic traffic and generate sales leads

  • Strong business to business marketing experience
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Eye for detail – quality focused
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • If you have experience in the field of CRM, particularly Hubspot – Marketing hub experience, this would be considered advantageous.
