Salary: £25,459 per annum (PM and Nights attract a shift premium), plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme
Available shifts: AM (06:00-14:30) / PM (14:00-22:30) / Nights (22:00-06:30)

As an Operations Colleague, you’ll work as part of a team to complete a range of daily tasks required to ensure the smooth flow of products through the Warehouse Centre and fulfil both internal and external customer requirements.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
- Pick, check, store, and pack goods to a high standard of accuracy
- Load and unload trailers in line with our safety procedures
- Report any errors, damages, or quality issues
- Accurately input data into digital systems and manual records as required
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when needed
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety awareness
About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets & deadlines
- Accuracy focused & good attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy skills and experience of data input
- Awareness of health & safety regulations, including manual handling
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of working within a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Evidence of any FLT/Counter Balance/Reach Truck licences would also be advantageous
