£120,000.00 + 5% performance related bonus

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Workstream Lead to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients’ organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager to join one of our top clients. This role will report to the Tech Lead for Transformation and manage the execution of deliverables as part of an overall plan managed by the Project Manager.

You will be responsible for overall leadership of the integration workstream with multiple suppliers developing solution elements. You will provide project management support for the data migration workstream. The successful candidate will be a hands-on delivery manager who is proactive, works independently and is focussed on getting the best out of the team to deliver.

The successful candidate will have experience:

* Delivering technical developments and coordinating between multiple suppliers
* Managing interface development with strong technical knowledge
* Managing the end-to-end data migration activities from extraction, transformation, and load through to reconciliation
* Managing business stakeholders and users who need to contribute to data migration activities.
* Managing a mix of onshore and offshore technical resource
* Working on finance transformation projects
* Delivering in complex transformation programmes for large corporations

* Boomi integration platform
* D365 F&O implementations
* Yavica FlexProperty
* Finance-related implementation
* Property industry knowledge
* Hands-on technical delivery (i.e have a technical background)
