Job Description
Do you have a solid background working as a Executive Assistant and ready for a new challenege? We are currently seeking someone with proven experience as an EA previously, to work with one of the largest regulatory firms in the UK.
You will be joining an existing team to provide additional supporting in a closing project, so we are looking for someone who has had experience working as an Executive Assistant previously. You will need t be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, provide extensive diary and inbox managementand organise and coordinate meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing key day-to-day support and assistance to the HoD inclusive of complex diary and mailbox management, external liaison and the co-ordination of briefings, agendas and papers.
- Producing accurate and timely minutes and following up actions.
- Representing the HoD and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participating in the wider PA and Business Support team to ensure a consistent approach across the organisation, supporting or covering colleagues’ absence as required.
- Working and supporting the team on projects
- Booking and arranging meetings
Skills Required
- Strong organisiational skills
- Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- MS Office proficient – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure in fast paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of different audiences
