Assistant Syndicate Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA studier)

This role is ideally suited to an individual who is working in practice (insurance audit) who would like to make the move into industry. Our client are based in the heart of the City and operate in the Lloyd’s insurance market. Key responsibilities will include preparation and reconciliation of technical and non-technical journal entries, supporting the Syndicate Accountant in maintaining the integrity of the Syndicate Finance general ledgers, assisting in the preparation of Syndicate related financial information and communicating to relevant stakeholders, preparation of audit information, providing data to different areas of the business, and providing support to ad hoc projects/initiatives. The successful candidate will be working towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). Strong Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications will be required. The company offer hybrid working.
