Air Export Operator

Right Now Group is looking for a Senior Air Export Operator to join a growing Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.

The ideal candidate will be able to complete export formalities in a 360 capacity including contacting shippers, organising collections from shippers, negotiating with airlines. They will also be expected to provide quotations and understand market rates, as well as complete customs entries.

• Hours: 09:00 – 17:30:00
• Shift: Mon-Fri
• Permanent Contract
• Located in Colnbrook

Duties and responsibilities of a Air Export Operator:

• Contacting and arranging collections from shippers.
• Cut MAWB and HAWB, displaying knowledge of country requirements.
• Completion of customs entries and knowledge of procedure codes.
• Providing quotations to clients for export, understanding market rates
• Providing agents with post flights and departure advice
• Dangerous goods training and aviation security trained to CO level

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent attention to detail with high level organisation.
• Eagar to learn with a positive attitude
• CDS/Customs Software Experience

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
