Evening Part Time Customer Service Consultant

Our client is looking for a part time Customer service Consultant.

Details- Talking to our customers on the telephone, you’ll provide an exceptional level of service as you help them to manage their finances. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome, and the needs of our customers have been fully met. Whether you’re supplying them with account information or processing an overdraft request, you’ll need to think about which of our other products or services they may benefit from and give them an opportunity to discuss these needs further with a colleague. It’s a challenging but supportive environment and we can offer you all the training you’ll need to succeed.

Hours are Monday and friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-3pm and a choice of 2 days during the week to work, 8.24 am hour.

Customer service experience is essential and you must be a hardworking commited Candidate.
