Customer Service Advisor

New Business Advisor FTC 12 months
Full Time – Permanent – 35 hours per week

Reporting to the New Business Team Manager you will handle all incoming enquiries and be a key point of contact for new clients to the firm. You will be expected to provide exceptional service each and every time by quickly identifying the needs of the client through effective questioning techniques and responding informatively to their requirements.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the services we provide, direct the enquiry on to the right person and in certain circumstances, provide quotes for work to be undertaken. You will log all calls on our central CRM system, so attention to detail and accurate data entry is required along with a confident telephone manner to make outbound follow up calls.

Successful candidates will be driven to deliver quality, have excellent call handling skills and be comfortable working in a team making active contributions towards the achievement of business performance targets and team objectives. Previous experience of dealing with professional service clients is essential and experience of working in a law firm would be advantageous.
