Warehouse Supervisor job, Pwllheli, North Wales

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, to join an established Food Producer in Pwllheli, North Wales. We are looking for an individual who is a great team player and get involved in all aspects of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, FLT Counterbalance experience (ideally with a current licence), and a full driving licence.

The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor job, Pwllheli, North Wales, will be to:

* Supervise and motivate a team of operatives
* Provide staff training
* Promote a positive working environment
* Liaise with members of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the department
* Picking and packing products
* Order processing
* Goods in and out
* FLT operation
* Stock control
* Maintaining stock records and distribution around site
* Liaise with clients to schedule dispatches and deliveries

To be considered for this Warehouse Supervisor Job, Pwllheli, North Wales, applicants should have the following skills and experience:

* FLT Counterbalance licence
* Competent IT skills
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
* Have the ability to work independantly and use your own initiative
* Team Leader / Supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be physically fit and able to cope with a manual handling role
* A valid driving licence.
* To have your own transport would be desirable due to the location of the site

This position is being offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00- 16.30, Friday 08:00 – 1630 with an annual salary of £26,000plus holiday pay.
