Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will deputise in the absence if the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for production stock control, ensure picking is conducted on a timely basis, deal with any departmental issues and escalate to Warehouse Supervisor if unable to resolve, check quantity and quality of goods being received in to the warehouse, stock correctly located within the warehouse, adhering to all aspects of health and safety and assist with the smooth running of the business. Previous experience in a similar role is essential to be considered for this role. You will be immediately available and able to consider the role on a temporary to permanent basis. Counterbalance licence is also essential for this role along with full driving licence and own transport.
