Customer Service Agent – Medical Assistance
£17,000 – £19,500, plus shift allowance 10%, depending on experience

Our client, based in the centre of Redhill, is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their well established and extremely busy call centre team, working in Medical Assistance.

As a Customer Service Advisor, the following duties will apply:
* Responsible to take inbound calls from customers to provide medical assistance
*Determining customer needs and working to deadlines to provide support.
*Liaising with medical teams internally and abroad
* Case management and dealing with repatriation
* Working to set KPI`s in terms of performance and quality

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Advisor will require to following skills and attributes:
*Proven experience within a call centre environment
*Proven experience within a medical assistance role or NHS or life insurance environment is required
* Strong communication skills
* Active problem solving skills, ability to think on feet
* Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Conversational level of a 2nd European language would be an advantage

You will be required to work full time hours of 37.5 a week from Monday-Sunday between 8am-9pm, on a rolling shift pattern.
