Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE

My client, who are in the financial sector are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent term basis. This role would be suitable for a Junior IT Support Engineer or someone who has 2/3 years behind them and now providing 1st or 2nd Line Support, this role can be flexible to the level of support you will be providing for the right candidate.

Experience needed:
– Between 6 months and 3 years’ commercial experience
– Office 365
– Azure, Azure AD and Active Directory
– Intune and Endpoint
– Remote Desktop and Cloud environments
– Hardware and Software experience
– Great customer service skills
– Desirable for the more senior applicants: Serverless environments
