Salary; £26,000per year
Shift; Working on a static shift pattern – 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and overtime available.
Location; Coalville, Leicestershire.
Commutable From; Shepshed, Leicester, Thurmaston, Syston, Coalville, loughborough, Ashby

We are recruiting for an Industrial cleaning operative for our client based in the midlands on housing developments. They are progressive in their approach, forward thinking and offer excellent career opportunities for successful candidates.

The Role;

Cleaning up after builders have completed their work including removal of rubbish, dust and any excess building materials left behind
Unmasking windows and door frames
Window cleaning, mopping, vacuuming
Ensuring all buildings are ready for public use
General cleaning duties
Assisting in other departments where necessary

Our Ideal Candidate;

Have a flexible approach to working hours
Own transport essential due to location of work
CSCS card desirable but not essential
Builder clean experience preferred but not essential
A willingness to undertake further relevant training
Highly motivated and driven 
Attention to detail
Good communication skills as working within a team
